What Causes Discharge Of Clear Looking Sac With Blood While Passing Stool?

Hey, My fiance just said she pooped out a clear looking sac and it also had blood around it. She found out she was diagnosed with herpes the other day. I dont if that has anything to do with what she pooped out, but we're thinking it was a miscarriage. But she took a pregnancy test a week after we had sex, and it came up negative. Do you know what this might be?
