What Causes Discharge Of Lumps With Blood From Vagina Post Medical Abortion?

I had a medical termination 1and half week back.. there was heavy bleeding for 5 days after that it stopped.. but after that today there is a mass substance which fell out of my vagina with lumps of blood.. can u pls tell me what was that and how many days more will I bleed?
