What Causes Discoloration Of Labia Minora?

i have not checked in with a doctor yet but i am 99% sure that i have herpes. what i do not understand is that what i believe is called the labia minora is discolored compared to the other areas. also, when i feel my vulva each week, it feels as if it is changing shape. lastly, i have a hole on the right side of my vagina. what is the cause of this?
