What Causes Discoloration Of Nose?

I amm 52 years of age and suffer from a few medical problems i have diffuse tripple vessel disease, i have had another medication added ismn20mg bd. I have noticed i am becoming very tired easily and my nose is becoming cynosed. I am also overweight and have been for a long time. It is the discolouration /////i am concerned about.
