What Causes Discoloration Of Skin Around The Eyes In A Child?

hello dr my 4 year son is having light white colour near around the right eyes since almost 6 months..and its not going.kindly help me why it is happening.and I found same discolouration to other eyes also. since two month. though I m putting home herbal remedy. but skin has turned very light pink.plz dr provide some solution to me.coz Igot dermatologist appointment very late.
