What Causes Discoloration Of Toes On Using Corn Removers?

I have skin discoloration on three of my toes from using corn removers. I m African American but I have some white patches from where my corns were. I would like to darken my skin to match the rest of my feet. Is there anything that I can use or will laser surgery help? Thank you.
