What Causes Discolouration Inside Upper Arms And Breasts?

I have noticed that the skin on the insides of my upper arms have a discoloration that we have called pieted in past years. Now I am also noticing the same discoloration on my breasts. What could be causing this? I am 75 years old and in good health.
