What Causes Discolouration Of Foreskin?

I have been observing that foreskin of my penis has undergone a change of colour in last 5 years, from Dark Brown to Light Pink. It started with small pink spot inside of foreskin. Gradually that pink spot has increased and now entire inner foreskin is pink in color. It was also scale like.I trained my foreskin to stay behind the head about a year ago. The scales on it disappeared but the colour stayed the same and the foreskin became smooth.What could this be? Is my inner foreskin going to remain pink forever? How can I fix this?I eat a lot of foods high in sugar, so it might be related to a severe yeast infection?
