What Causes Discomfort And Heaviness On The Side Of Neck?

Hi today i was sitting down and had sood up to get water and when i was in the kitchen i started to feel a kind of uncomfortable feeling on the left side of my neck (my point of view) your would b right, it feels kind of heavy on tht side and feel it makes my teeth ache very mildly and i wanted to know what it is , is it temporary, should i see a doctor in person, how could i fix this problem on my own if i could ?
