What Causes Discomfort And Pain In My Throat With Blood In Saliva?

Hello, Iam 24 year old, ive been suffering from throat sore for more than 2 weeks, i would describe my sore throat as a little pain,not so much pain, and i was suffering from so much headache and like smth is stuck on my throat,i went to a doctor, he asked me to do an eco for my head, i did it , it shows that i have a little bit of sinuses in my cheecks he gave me some medicaments,i took it and im fine now no more headache, but i still feel like theres something stuck in my throat and a little feel of pain,and yesterday i cough white salive and also blood,but theres not dizzeness or vomitting,im so afraid from having throat cancer
PS: IM NOT A SMOKER, NEITHER A DRINKER
please HELP!
