What Causes Discomfort During Urination And Blood In Urine?

I had an Hysteroctomy back in 2010 - Breast cancer survivor 1996 & 2002. My current symptoms: disconfort when emptying my blader; urine mixed with blood vaginal discharge(light blood - occasions small blood clods) when I urinate. My femaly area only have a Pelvis and I feel like when my first day of my period (I have not seen one since 2010).
