What Causes Discomfort In Anus When Suffering From Hemorrhoids?

I have a weird feeling at my anus and sometimes between the anus and prostate muscle. No blood in the stool, urine. Feels like I had sat on a bicycle seat on my prostate too long but is there then not. I can have stool movements fine and urinate without burning or itching. Have had light pink blood from slight hemorrhoids but this on and off feeling just started recently. I take Viagra and have sex everyday. 52 years old and healthy male.
