What Causes Discomfort In Arms And Legs Muscles With Exercise?

Hi I am 41 years old 130lbs 5 6 -Within the last 2 years I have noticed that when I do normal things such as shoveling snow , lifting small weights , or a hike my muscles throughout arms and legs don t feel normal . They actually feel uncomfortable with exercise . So uncomfortable it is more exhausting than a feel good
