What Causes Discomfort In Chest Along With Pulsation In Arms And Neck?

Had hiatal hernia surgery in 1999. Nissan Fonduplication I understand that this surgery can be done only once. Yet I continue to experience discomfort in the chest area. This condition sends nerve impulses to my arms, neck and sometimes causes headaches. This coupled with diverticulous prevents me from living a normal life. Any suggestions? Thanks, Art
