What Causes Discomfort In Groin Area?

For the last 2 months, I have had a problem in the groin...more like a sore feeling than an itch. Many doctors have said they can t see anything, and two have siad it s a fungus infection. I have been teated with Qudriderm , Fluticavit, Imidil, Eumosome, Allsoft, and Mycoderm Powder which burnt the skin of my scrotum (I p[resume because it contains 2 acids...salicilic and benzoic. When I wear my underpants, it cuts into the groin, and I have to take it off by midday. Now Flucos has been advised. Would Johnson s Baby powder help?
