What Causes Discomfort In Kidneys, Headache And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I was told by a Dr. A month ago my tonsils were swollen and red. But no cause for meds cause I had no pain or other symptoms. Since than my kidneys have been hurting I have been getting frequent headaches and my throat or tounge feels pressure when I swallow. It doesn't hurt just annoying. I feel tired too.
