What Causes Discomfort In Lower Abdominal Area?

Question about lower abdominal feeling. I am 40 years old. I have a 2 year old daughter. A couple times over the past few months, typically when bending over on the toilet to wipe, it feels like something is flipping over and then back into place in my lower front abdominal area. I am going to set up an apt with my GP, but was wondering what this could be a sign of?
