What Causes Discomfort In Mid Chest Below Ribs?

I have had a dull discomforting feeling right below my ribcage right dead middle. I have been going to the bathroom normally 2 times a day (#2) and its been normal no diarehha. I have overactive throid other than that healthy. I am 28 and 115 lbs 5 4 and eat normally.
