What Causes Discomfort In Neck And Pain Around Collar Bone?

hello, I have had a feeling of fullness in my neck on right side and around collarbone now hurts and feels full and hurts when I breath deeply, I have had small tender spot on the front of my neck for months (not sure if related) and these other symptoms have occurred.
