What Causes Discomfort In Pelvic Area And Pressure On Bladder?

I am a 42 year old women with multiple symptoms. It started out as incontinence with urgency to urninate and discomfort on left side. After several pelvic exams, pap smears, and pelvic ultrasound everything seems to be "normal" to them. However, I have started having numbness on my right side and am having the same discomfort in my pelvic area almost as if something is pushing on my bladder on the left side. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy. Can you give me any ideas?
