What Causes Discomfort In Testicles With History Of Epididymitis?

I have discomfort to very mild pain in both of my testicles while mainly driving my big rig. i have already been treated for epedermitis which I dont think it was. Only discomfort while driving or squating. basically just mild pressure on the testicles can cause pain. What is this?
