What Causes Discomfort In The Upper Abdomen Along With Nausea?

For the past month or two I ve a feeling that comes and goes in my stomach. It s like nausea but it s right above my belly button in the center and kind of feels like it moves outward. Also, when I lay down I get vertigo sometimes. I have been under serious stress, I have depression and anxiety and taking low-dose medicine for the depression.
