What Causes Discomfort In Throat And Ears After Taking Clonotril?

Sir from 14th November 2014 I been in slight depression...i went for doctor & diagnosed my tsh level gone to 14 . Doc prescribed me 1-clonotril 0.5 2.cilentra now I feel some sensation in throat & ear also... please guide me what would be better for me?
