What Causes Discomfort Underneath Diaphragm With History Of Hysterectomy, Colonoscopy And Endoscopy?

Hello, I have a weird discomfort in my stomach underneath diaphragm. My appetite has changed and that s not normal. I had sleeve hysterectomy about four years ago. Not sure if that may be a contributor. I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy several months ago. Feels somewhat acidic, but it s not in my throat or chest.
