What Causes Discomfort While Swallowing And Breathlessness?

I ve been having a problem with swallowing lately. Also noticed that I sometimes have pain or discomfort radiating from the back of my jaw to the back of my head. When I bend over it seems like something is cutting off my air and I get short of breath as soon as I try to do any physical activity. What should I have checked?
