What Causes Disobedience, Lack Of Attention And Concentration In Adolescent?

,My son 15years of old studying in cl.9became very disobedient,irritating everyone,lack of attention & concentration.Creating problem with friends &others .He is immature as per age.Results are going down.Being a mother I a am very much worried & consult with a Doctor.He gave AXEPTA-10(1Tab) &Aripiprazole(1/2Tab).Please tell me whether this medi.work or not to solve the above problem.
