What Causes Disorientation And Ringing In The Ears?

Hello,

I just took a hot bath, and as a stood up I became extremely disoriented, vision went blurry white, loud ringing in my ear and loss of muscle control for a moment in my legs, then after in my hands.

This is the first time this has happened, but i'm concerned it could lead to something serious
