What Causes Disorientation Of Left Testicle During Ejaculation?

I m 18 my left testical does not move into place when I ejaculate like the right one does. Although it used to, this happened to me after I was about to climax then stopped like 5 times or more, my left testical turned sideways and ever since it has not been acting mormal, for example it hangs sideways now and also doesn t tend to rise when I tighten my muscles like my right testical does please let me know if it is varicocele, or anything else thanks
