What Causes Disorientation While Bending Over And Painful Urination?

I am a 56 year old, healthy female and a few days ago just experience some disorientation upon standing or bending over, dizziness and then pain upon urination. So I thought it was a UTI. Nurse just called and said the culture came back negative for a UTI so discontinue the antibiotics. I do not have the symptoms anymore after taking the antibiotics for 3 days now. Just wondering if I should have anything else checked out for these symptoms?
