What Causes Disposing Of Placenta During Periods?

hello doctor
i am 20 yr old ,i had used ovral g for 5 days for postponing my periods..after 3 days of discontinuing the tablet i got my periods and i also observed something i assumed to be the placenta getting disposed...i am pretty worried..can you please help me.
