What Causes Distended Abdomen Post Complete Hysterectomy?

i had a very large fibroid in 2010 as big as 6 month baby had a complete hysterectomy however since then my stomach never went down its like im 8 months pregnant and im a very healthy eater no pop sugar bread fast food or fried food think i have an under active thyroid but tests always come back negative i have had throat cancer but in remission i did have thyroxine over 30 years ago but stopped it when i went to canada as my tests were normal why am i putting on weight feel so exhausted depressed loose hair on eyebrows get sugar rushes but hate sweet sugar foods how ever i have high collestrial and high triglycerites i do have osteoarthritis of knees and spine and calcification on shoulders and hips also if i lean on my b arms i get bad numb and tingling in my hands and fingers even if i lean on them gently what is causing my stomach to be so large
