What Causes Distended Abdomen With Swelling In Hands Face And Feet?

My urine smells like poo. My abdomin is very very extended. My hands, arms, feet and face are severely swollen. I am diabetic and having difficult today and for past week controlling it. I have gastroperisis with a gastric stimulator and a feeding tube. I am so miserable and in pain, terrible heart burn as well. My gastro is very busy and there are no appointments available till end of February. What should or can I do?
