What Causes Distended Uterus Along With Enlarged Breasts?

On the Jan 11th I did a urine test that was pos then the 13 & 15th did blood test and both were Neg (says my dr) my sono showed the sac low in my uterus and 4-5 weeks (really early! Dr. said) no bleeding whatso ever but my breast are some what enlarged. Lots of cramping and my lmp was 11/28ish. I just don't understand.
