What Causes Distented Upper Stomach Post Tummy Tuck?

I had a tummy tuck done months ago. My wound healed nicely but I have an upper distended stomach. The center area of my scar seems to appear as though it may have stretched a bit. Post operatively I did have a seroma, but it was it was drained at the surgeons office. Should I be alarmed with my distended stomach? Should I wear a compression garment? Could my muscles that were stitched together have come apart?
