What Causes Disturbed Sleep And Hypertension While On Amlozar And Paxidep?

I feel uneasy now.last night my sleep is disturbed.After 3 a.m I slept.I got up from bed just after 2 hours of sleep.I have the hypertension.Regularly I take Amlozar H. in the morning after tiffin.It is same in today.But after continuous 1.5 hours of mental work; my pressure rose.Then immediately Itook a paxidepCR12.5 and feeling well now.Please tell me ,am I do the right or else?
