What Causes Dizziness After A Head Injury?

in the back of a neighborhood where he probably was traveling 25mph and i was at a complete stop
I hit my head on my left side window when it was completely shut, felt little dizzy afterwards still feel a little bit dizzy Im a college student expecting to be attending grad school would this have any impact on my academic performance in the future
