What Causes Dizziness After A Headache?

i am a 22 yr old female i had a bad headache today which went away, and i was kinda dizzy thats gone now too, but i still have this uneasy feeling in my stomach... earlier it felt like i was gonna be sick, kinda still does. I do have the start of an ear infection to? I can't help but keep thinking heart attack..... i do have some anxiety issues as well.
