What Causes Dizziness After Decreasing The Dosage Of Losartan?

I was recently switched to 50 mg of losartan From 25 mgs. I felt very dizzy and started to get headaches. I then just took my 25 mg tabs from before. Now my blood pressure is 166/86 and I have a terrible headache. Should I continue to take the 50 mg tabs?
