What Causes Dizziness After Hitting Head?

hi, i got hit off my bike by a car and went over the car hitting my head on the road i got up felt fine checked no blood, driver asked if ok replied yes, i have no bump but felt sick yesterday and today and a bit dizzy should i go to A & E 17yrs male
