What Causes Dizziness After Switching From Belviq To Diethylopropion?

I was stopped off belviq two days ago but started on a new med yesterday...diethylopropion. I m having severe dizziness and my head feels full . Should I have tapered of the belviq or could it be the new med? The head fullness started when I was on the belviq.
