What Causes Dizziness After Taking Plan B?

I ve been feeling dizzy for a week very periodically, mainly when I get up from laying down, sitting down for too long or moving after staying still. I took Plan B about 4-5 days ago within 24 hours of having unprotected sex. Could the dizziness be a side effect of taking Plan B?
