What Causes Dizziness After Waking Up In The Morning?

I have been having dizzy spells for 5 days now. Most of the time I wake up fine in the morning but in the afternoon or evening I start getting dizzy. It seems to make me extremely sleepy too. I went to the Chiropractor on friday, then the dizziness was awful the next day. Went again Tues and that night wasn t as bad a Sat but still bad. Also my ears have been really super itchy today, and some pain in them off and on for the last month. What could be causing the dizziness?
