What Causes Dizziness Along With Blurred Vision?

Why do I feel like a I have a swimmy head and vision I feel like gonna faint or blackout for a split moment then it stops. I also feel very unsteady Its been happening for a little but now the episodes feel stronger. it happened whilst I was driving and its left me feeling very unsettled
