What Causes Dizziness Along With Bright Light In Vision And Poor Hearing?

Seeing bright light, muffled hearing, dizziness, sweating, and faint feeling all of a sudden. I was told this happens when my body gets to hot and I don t have salt. I was told this is because my body doesn t produce enough salt naturally. Is this true? If so what is it called?
