What Causes Dizziness Along With Cold Sweats And Chills?

I am experiencing periods of dizziness (feeling like I might faint) accompanied by cold sweats and chills. I have also had several bad headaches which are unusual for me. It just started several days ago. I have been taking several medications but have been taking them for several months now (finasteride 5mg, tamsulosin 0.4 mg, and fluoxetine 10 mg). I just started using the tamsulosin again last week as I was out of it for some time. Is there some long term side effect (cumulative) to the fluoxetine that may be causing my symptoms? I will plan to see my doctor as soon as possible.
