What Causes Dizziness Along With Eyes Rolling Back And Forth?

I woke up the other night to go to the bathroom ,my eyes were rolling back and forth and I was dizzy . I went back to bed and went back to sleep and in the morning it was fine,still a it dizzy. My eyes rolled back and forth not up and down..thank you..I am 63 years old and in good health
