What Causes Dizziness Along With Hands And Leg Tremors Every Morning?

I have been having this symptoms for the 4th time now. After brushing my teeth, I will suddenly have this feeling, Dizziness, hands & legs will start to shake internally, I will feel like there is something like a electronic device on my whole body. So static. I will start to have deep breathing. I really don t understand what s wrong. Yesterday, I had a wisdom tooth surgery, & So, I feel that maybe, it is due to the loss of blood. But the same symptoms ?
