What Causes Dizziness Along With Headache?

Hi i am 32, and I always get hot to the touch on my face. And lately I've been getting dizziness, and headache, and I feel like I'm in a daze. I feel so weird, like I zone out, what's wrong with me. I've always got hot flushes to the face, since I was in my young 20s. I'm very concerned. Please help
