What Causes Dizziness Along With Lowered Blood Pressure?

Earlier I had a reaction to a medication called Bentyl I was on 20mg and was told to take 40mg. I began to get dizzy and week my bp went up and my pulse was 125 after 9 hours my bp is 95/65 and my pulse is 74 is my pressure too low now I am dizzy again. I have an adrenal adenoma with elevated cortisol levels
