What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea?
This morning when I got out of bed I got very dizzy and nauseous. My husband has blood pressure monitor and my bp was 184/84 with pulse of 87. I am now feeling better and my bp is now normal for me 120/70 with a pulse of 74. What could have happened? I am otherwise healthy, on no meds, no supplements. Age 61 femaie.
